Tips for Efficient Use
Follow the recording guide for optimal video quality — avoid wasting credits on poor footage.
Credits are automatically refunded only when analysis fails due to a technical error (e.g. server issue). Inaccurate results caused by videos that don't follow the recording guidelines are not eligible for refunds.
