PacoStudio ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RunForm AI service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web and mobile services.

We collect the following types of information: Account Information (email address and password required for registration, with email verification); Video Data (running form videos you upload for analysis); Analysis Data (results from AI-powered running form analysis); Device Information (device type, operating system, browser/app version); Usage Data (service interaction and usage data).
3. How We Use Firebase
RunForm AI uses Google Firebase services to provide our core functionality: Firebase Email/Password Authentication (secure account management with email verification); Firebase Storage (to securely store uploaded video content). Analysis results and user data are stored securely on our servers. We also plan to integrate Mixpanel for service usage analytics in the future.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the RunForm AI service; process and analyze your running form videos; store and display your analysis results; improve our AI algorithms and service quality; send you important updates about the service; provide customer support.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data: all data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS; Firebase Authentication provides secure user authentication; access to user data is restricted and monitored; video data is stored securely in Firebase Storage, and analysis results and user data are stored securely on our servers.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows: Video data—retained until you manually delete it (you can delete uploaded videos at any time through the service). Analysis results—retained until you manually delete them (you can delete analysis results at any time through the service). Usage analytics—aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google Firebase (Authentication, Storage); Mixpanel (service usage analytics—to be integrated in the future). Our AI-powered running form analysis is performed using our own proprietary models and infrastructure. We do not share your data with any third-party AI service providers. Firebase operates under Google's privacy policy, and Mixpanel operates under Mixpanel's privacy policy.
9. Children's Privacy
RunForm AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Face and Body Data Collection and Use
RunForm AI collects and processes face and body landmark data to analyze your running form: What We Collect—we extract facial landmarks and body pose data from your uploaded running videos to analyze your running posture, gait, and form (including facial feature points and body joint positions). How We Use It—the face and body data is used exclusively for AI-powered running form analysis to provide you with feedback on your technique, posture, and potential areas for improvement. Third-Party Sharing—we do NOT share your face data or any personal data with third parties; all processing is done securely within our system. Storage—video data is stored securely in Firebase Storage, and analysis data is stored securely on our servers. Retention Period—data is retained until you manually delete it. You have full control to delete your videos and analysis data at any time through the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

13. Consultation requests: collection, use and retention
This section and the next apply to online consultation requests submitted through the website. Purpose: receiving and reviewing requests, discussing products, equipment and service operations, and direct follow-up by our staff by email or phone. This is not consent to advertising or marketing. Required information: name, center or company name, and phone number. Optional information: email, service of interest and inquiry details. We also record the reference, submission time, status, internal notes and handling records, completion time, consent and notice version. Keyed hashes of phone numbers and email addresses and short-lived request counts are stored to limit repeated submissions. Retention: during the consultation and for one year after its first completion, after which the records are deleted. Reopening a request does not extend this deadline. Abuse prevention records become eligible for deletion within 48 hours. Any legally required retention is handled separately for the required period. Copies retained by staff during direct follow-up are subject to the same retention period. You may refuse consent to collection and use, but cannot submit an online consultation request without consenting to the required information. Optional fields may be left blank. 14. Consultation processors and international transfers
Online requests use the following processor for storage and processing. Separate consent to international transfers is requested at submission. Only authorized administrators may view submitted inquiries in the consultation inbox. Google LLC — Google Cloud / Firestore Country: United States. Data: consultation information and submission, handling and consent records described in Section 13, plus abuse prevention hashes. Timing and method: encrypted network transfers to the application server and database when a request is submitted or handled. Purpose: hosting, storing and managing requests and enabling staff follow-up. Retention: during the consultation and one year after its first completion; abuse prevention records become eligible for deletion within 48 hours.
