RunForm AI uses Google Firebase services to provide our core functionality: Firebase Email/Password Authentication (secure account management with email verification); Firebase Storage (to securely store uploaded video content). Analysis results and user data are stored securely on our servers. We also plan to integrate Mixpanel for service usage analytics in the future.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the RunForm AI service; process and analyze your running form videos; store and display your analysis results; improve our AI algorithms and service quality; send you important updates about the service; provide customer support.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data: all data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS; Firebase Authentication provides secure user authentication; access to user data is restricted and monitored; video data is stored securely in Firebase Storage, and analysis results and user data are stored securely on our servers.

We retain your data as follows: Video data—retained until you manually delete it (you can delete uploaded videos at any time through the service). Analysis results—retained until you manually delete them (you can delete analysis results at any time through the service). Usage analytics—aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google Firebase (Authentication, Storage); Mixpanel (service usage analytics—to be integrated in the future). Our AI-powered running form analysis is performed using our own proprietary models and infrastructure. We do not share your data with any third-party AI service providers. Firebase operates under Google's privacy policy, and Mixpanel operates under Mixpanel's privacy policy.
9. Children's Privacy
RunForm AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Face and Body Data Collection and Use
RunForm AI collects and processes face and body landmark data to analyze your running form: What We Collect—we extract facial landmarks and body pose data from your uploaded running videos to analyze your running posture, gait, and form (including facial feature points and body joint positions). How We Use It—the face and body data is used exclusively for AI-powered running form analysis to provide you with feedback on your technique, posture, and potential areas for improvement. Third-Party Sharing—we do NOT share your face data or any personal data with third parties; all processing is done securely within our system. Storage—video data is stored securely in Firebase Storage, and analysis data is stored securely on our servers. Retention Period—data is retained until you manually delete it. You have full control to delete your videos and analysis data at any time through the service.
