1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RunForm AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RunForm AI is a web and mobile service that provides AI-powered running form analysis. The Service uses video analysis technology to evaluate running posture and provide personalized feedback and recommendations.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service: you must register with an email address and password, and email verification is required; your email address will be collected upon registration; you must be at least 13 years of age; you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove your analysis history and cannot be undone.
4. User Content and Videos
When you upload videos to RunForm AI: you retain all rights to your video content; you grant us a license to process and analyze your videos for the purpose of providing the Service; you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content; you must not upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights; you can delete your videos at any time. We store your videos securely using Firebase Storage and will not share them with third parties without your consent.
5. AI Analysis and Results
Our AI-powered analysis: is provided for informational and educational purposes only; should not be considered professional medical or coaching advice; may not be 100% accurate due to the nature of AI technology; results are stored on our servers for your reference. Always consult with qualified professionals before making significant changes to your training routine.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service; use the Service in a way that could damage or overload our systems; share your account credentials with others; use the Service to collect data about other users.
7. Data Usage and Firebase
The Service uses Google Firebase for: user authentication (Firebase Email/Password Authentication); video storage (Firebase Storage). Analysis results and user data are stored on our servers. We also plan to integrate Mixpanel for service usage analytics in the future. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PacoStudio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our AI algorithms, analysis methods, and Service design are proprietary to PacoStudio.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but: the Service is provided "as is" without warranties; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; we may modify or discontinue features at any time; we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any issues arising from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: PacoStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service; we are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from following analysis recommendations; we are not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable measures to prevent it.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service: if you violate these Terms of Service; if required by law; at our discretion with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by: updating the "Last Updated" date; sending an email notification; displaying a notice in the service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PacoStudio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Payment and Refund Policy
Purchasing credits constitutes the purchase of digital goods. The following refund policy applies. Non-refundable conditions: Once one or more credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase is not eligible for a refund. Credits are consumed when using the video analysis or AI summary features. Refundable conditions: If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting us at contact@runformai.com.
